Safety Advice Centre Ltd is Northern Ireland’s longest established Health, Safety, Training and Asbestos Consultancy.

Based in Bangor Co. Down, Safety Advice Centre Ltd was formed in 1984 by Bill McAllister the present Managing Director. Bill is supported by an in-house team of highly qualified and experienced professionals.

Over the last 30 years Safety Advice Centre Ltd has forged lasting business relationships throughout all business sectors in Northern Ireland including holding third party accreditation for many of its services.

Initiatives include:

  • Working in partnership with Queen’s University Belfast in the delivery of an MSSC in Work-Based Learning (Health and Safety);
  • Accredited City and Guilds NVQ assessment centre at Level 5 in Health and Safety Practice;
  • Holding UKAS accreditation to ISO 17025(Accreditation Number 4103) for asbestos fibre counting, asbestos air monitoring and the provision of four-stage clearance;
  • Accredited training centre for National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health;
  • Working in Partnership with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) in the delivery of Health and Safety Training
